We can assist you in the maintenance and repair of many electrical aspects of the property. Our services include fixing broken light switches and lighting, correcting faulty powerpoints, installation and removal of kitchen appliances, repairing emergency power outages, and the preparation of properties for new renters, to name a few.

As of 2021, Victorian legislation requires your rental property to meet electrical standards and undergo a compliance check conducted on a two-yearly basis. Our compliance checks are comprised of, but not limited to, switchboard and installation testing, safety switch/RCD testing, inspection of switches, lighting points, socket outlets, and appliances, in accordance with AS/NZS 3019 standards.

A certificate of compliance and audit report will be issued upon satisfactory electrical conditions. Should the property not meet standards, the report will detail items requiring rectification, as well as an associated quote for repair.
